Who We Are

Founder & Operations Manager

Halima Sadia

Halima Sadia

Halima Sadia (Halimat Abdul) is an operations manager, stylist, and creative strategist working across fashion, research, data, and organisational design. Based between Kaduna and Abuja, she founded Sadia's Factory Nigeria in 2022 — building a bridge between culture, business, and innovation across Northern Nigeria.

Her work spans music video styling, solo exhibitions, interdisciplinary curation, business development, data analysis, and research into Nigeria's creative economies. A McKinsey Forward alumna with roots in Research and Development at Enactus ABU, she brings rigour and structure to every creative brief — from SEO content and email campaign analytics to pre-retirement training delivery for the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
